Leonard has more than 15 years of professional experience in financial services.
His most recent experience was as President of Community Commercial Services,
where he managed factoring programs, fraud examinations, and turnaround/workout
situations. His areas of expertise include business development, profit growth and
strategic planning. He is Certified as a Senior Business Analyst, Fraud Examiner,
and Machine & Equipment Appraiser. With his keen problem-solving skills and a
win-win approach, Leonard has helped companies successfully manage their growth
throughout his career. Leonard is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago. |
| Patrick Condon | Vice President, Business Development |
Patrick has been working in the commercial lending industry for 15 years,
with a focus on accounts receivable financing. He has built strong relationships
in the finance industry, including representation of many banks and resources which
has helped create working capital solutions for many industries. Patrick brings
knowledge and work experience from both Private Business, Inc. and The Commercial
Finance Group. Patrick has developed skills and a professional response to working
capital needs, while providing creative financial solutions for hundreds of small and
medium sized businesses. |
| Toni Glines | Vice President Operations |
Toni’s expert skills are the result of management responsibilities in banking
and financial planning over the past 15+ years. Working with Key Bank of
Utah and, later, Summit Financial, she gained in-depth knowledge of credit
and collections, lending practices, financial resource management, budgeting,
account auditing and system operations. Combined with her dedication to
outstanding customer service, Toni’s leadership ensures high-performance
solutions for AIM’s clients. |
Terry M. Bales | Vice President, Business Development

Terry brings more than 10 years of professional experience in asset based lending
to AIM. Her prior experience includes positions with Commercial Finance Group,
Bibby Financial Services, and Riviera Finance. She is knowledgeable in a range of
industries including manufacturing, oil & gas services, tansportation, and staffing.
Terry’s experience allows her help clients solve their cash flow and financing
challenges.
